The Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is proud to announce NC ALLIES (A Local Link to Improve Effective Services), the on-line application process for programs to apply for JCPC funds for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
In order to apply for FY 2012-2013 JCPC funding, you must complete and submit your Program Agreement online by accessing the new
NC ALLIES application at https://CP.NCDJJDP.ORG/CP.
In order for JCPC Program participants to access NC ALLIES, they must setup a North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) and password. NCID is the standard identity management and access service provided to state, local, business, and individual users
